Owner & Somatic Therapist
is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and Transforming Touch® Practitioner. She is currently expanding her training in Somatic Resilience and Regulation. Her approach to therapy is rooted in somatic, body-centered work, with a focus on developmental trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of abusive relationships. She supports clients in reconnecting with their bodies, building nervous system resilience, and processing trauma in a way that honors each individual’s unique pace and story.

Somatic TherapistCourtney Rolla is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). She maintains a social justice foundation while combining SE framework with an attachment lens influenced by the trainings of Diane Poole Heller, with the addition of Safe and Sound Protocol by Stephen Porges. She enjoys working with adults across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds. As a biracial woman, she has an affinity for supporting multiracial individuals navigate the complexities of their identity. She also has a particular interest in supporting other mental health professionals in their own therapeutic work and self-development.
